Free Introduction to Tai Chi
Come with questions and have some fun learning a the first few postures of Tai Chi.
 

There are 4 Introductions opportunities to come to our

Introduction Class

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm, March 5 or 12

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am, March 6 or 13

Friendly House locks the front door at 7:00, please arrive early.

B1 (Beginning Tai Chi) 10 weekly classes
this class starts at the very beginning

B3 (Beginning Tai Chi 3rd Third)

prerequisite B1 and B2

5:50-6:50pm, Tuesdays

Intermediate Form, (on going class)

10:30 - 11:30, Fridays

March 22 - May 24

Tuition is $200, or $100 when repeating a class.

We will follow Friendly House’s COVID policies, currently “Masks optional.” They do not currently check vaccination status.

Please stay home if you have any COVID symptoms.

Class starts and ends promptly. Allow extra time for parking, and to settle in and be ready to start class on time.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Bring tai chi shoes if you have them, or remove your shoes and practice in your socks.

Angie will have tai chi shoes available for purchase at the first class.
