Tai Chi is a moving meditation which helps to clear the mind, improves memory and reduces stress. It builds body awareness, strengthens leg muscles and improves balance. It nurtures all aspects of one's life.



Tai Chi is my passion. I started studying Tai Chi 30 years ago, and it has been a part of my life ever since. I'm a teacher with, and teach the Yang 37 posture form, past down by Master Chang Man Ching.
